Missing man didn't know he was reported missing
On Saturday, 27-year-old Luke Rogus was reported missing, and less than 24-hours later, he was found.
At 4:43pm on Saturday, police received a report of a missing person. It was reported that he was last seen earlier that day, around 11:00am, at his home on Chimney Hill Road.
Rogus had been known to have suicidal tendencies. He has been diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and he has a history of substance abuse. At the time, it was reported that Rogus had not taken his prescribed medication for about a week.
On Sunday, around 4:20am, police located Rogus at Centennial Plaza on West Main Street in Meriden.
Rogus was not hurt and was in good health.
Police say he was unaware that he'd been reported missing.
He was returned to his family without further incident.
