Vehicle strikes pole then house
<p>The residents of an Old Saybrook house were not injured this morning when a pick-up truck ran into their home.  Police say the pick-up first struck a utility pole around 1am then the house at 412 Main St.  The 23 year old male driver was taken to Yale New Haven Hospital.   The residents were sleeping at the time of the accident.  Police say the exterior and interior of the home was damaged.</p> [More]
